Staying here was a dream! From the expansive Oceanside room with its stunning views to the luxuriously comfortable bed, every moment was delightful, topped off by exceptional service and a fantastic breakfast buffet.

from the moment you walk in, the calming lobby and beautiful beach access create such a pleasant start to your day, and being just a short walk from both Cascade Gardens and the Surfers Paradise Beachfront Markets made it so easy to enjoy leisurely strolls and local finds during my stay.

Amazing ocean views and indoor pool, but the Wi-Fi was slow at times.

I loved the sleek design of the hotel and the spacious room. Enjoyed the stunning ocean view from the closed balcony, even though I wished for an open-air option for the sea breeze. The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs, making it easy to relax. The bathroom featured a fabulous shower, adding to the comfort. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering a great selection. However, the beds were uncomfortable—hard and lumpy pillows led to restless nights. Also, the issue with the air conditioner was resolved quickly, and I appreciated the complimentary wine when we switched rooms. My expectations for a breezy experience fell slightly short with the balcony situation. I would still consider staying here again despite the bedding drawbacks.

This stay was a total disappointment. The location presented numerous issues. there weren’t enough sun loungers available during the peak hours, forcing us to repeatedly search for a place to relax. Additionally, we checked into a Junior ocean view suite only to find a completely enclosed balcony, which was misrepresented on the website. The noise from the conferences and the malfunctioning TV in the middle of the night added to our frustrations.

The hotel has beautiful decor and a fantastic gym, making the stay pleasant overall. However, the pool area feels small with noisy children, and some service aspects could be improved, such as room cleaning. Dining was decent but overly pricey for what was offered.
